Police lay charges of forgery, fraud following prescription medication incident

On November 28, 2013, Timmins Police officers attended a local pharmacy after receiving a report of a suspicious prescription. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the prescription was not legitimate.

Timothy WABANO, 49, of Constance Lake, ON faces charges of forgery, utter forged document, and fraud. The accused was held pending a court date of today, November 29, 2013.

The Timmins Police Service continues its partnership with local pharmacies to stop the illegal possession of prescription drugs.
