KIRKLAND LAKE – Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a man with drug offences.
The charges stem from a vehicle stop at an R.I.D.E check on Highway 11 Eby Township.
Seized as results of the investigation were Methamphetamine pills, Cannabis Marijuana and Cannabis Resin.
The estimated street value of the drugs seized is approximately $2,400.
The incident occurred at 10:40 p.m. on October 26, 2015
Charged is Joseph Gilbert AUMONT age 40 of Temiskaming Shores, with Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Cannabis Marihuana and Possession of Cannabis Resin.
The accused has been remanded into custody pending a bail hearing.
