With an annual powwow coming up, Timmins Police is doing its part to help out.
Recently, the municipal police force donated $250 to support the 22nd Annual Northern College Powwow - The Future is Now.
The event is being held April 22-23 in the Northern College gym. The Saturday sunrise ceremony is at 7 a.m. and the grand entry is at noon.
