TEMAGAMI - On July 31, 2015 at approximately 1:30 p.m. the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Marine Unit was on patrol and stopped a houseboat that was being operated on Lake Temagami.
Through investigation a quantity of suspected marijuana was seized and as a result three men have been charged.
[Charge withdrawn], Joshua ALBERGA, 32, of Niagara Falls and [charge withdrawn] are charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance - cannabis marijuana contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
They will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Haileybury on September 29, 2015.
