(CITY OF TEMISKAMING SHORES, ON) – The Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is requesting the public’s assistance to locate a 14 year old Haileybury youth. The OPP have concerns for her well-being.
Jasmine OUELETTE is 14 years of age and is described as:
- White female
- Approximately 5’7”
- 110-120 lbs
- Thin build
- Long brown hair
- Black coat
- Light blue Osiris high top shoes
No person shall detain or harbour a missing or runaway child as defined under the Child and Family Services Act. It is an offence to obstruct, interfere with or attempt to interfere with a child protection worker or peace officer in execution of their duties.
