Montana's Cookhouse, Rose Boulianne-Roy and her team answered the challenge during the TADH Foundation's "Dining for a Cause" with a cheque presentation of $720 to Patricia Gaudreau, Assistant Executive Director at Timmins & District Hospital Foundation.
The event was held on October 17th at the Timmins Montana's Cookhouse location.
This restaurant fundraiser was held on Thursdays during the month of October. Participating restaurants donate proceeds on one Thursday in October which was determined by random draw. Proceeds from this fundraiser will go toward the purchase of desperately needed equipment for Timmins and District Hospital. Putting the latest tools into the hands of our medical professionals will be a win-win situation for all – greater efficiency that reduces wait times, improved patient satisfaction and staff moral, enhanced safety, and better outcomes for our patients.
