The Timmins Construction Association is celebrating the return of the event, which is being held for the 31st time. More than 85 businesses involved with renovation, landscaping, real estate, gardening materials, and indoor and outdoor furnishings will be featured. The show runs Friday, April 29 from 5-9 p.m., April 30 from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and May 1 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. General admission is $5. The event is free for children 10 years and younger who are accompanied by an adult.
Seed library logo contest deadline

Are you a budding designer or artist? The Timmins Public Library’s seed library needs a logo. The winning design will be chosen by the community on Facebook. The full rules and details on how to enter are available here.
