March 4, 2024 marks the 13th anniversary of the disappearance of Luke Joly-Durocher.

The 20-year-old from Kebaowek, Quebec was visiting friends in North Bay on March 4, 2011, when he disappeared.

Turned away from a licensed establishment at the corner of Main and Wyld Streets in North Bay earlier that night Luke's jacket, prescription eyeglasses and cell phone were later found at the Sherbrooke Street residence where he had been staying.

Rob Joly, Luke's father still has hope they will find out what happened to his son.

"On the 13th anniversary of Luke's disappearance we remain as committed to finding him as we have been since the very beginning," said Joly.

"We just want to say thank you to those who have embraced our situation over the past 13 years, who take the time to share posters, keeping the awareness out there is all we can do now, we love you all. Together we will find Luke," added Joly on social media on the anniversary.

In recent years Rob Joly has accompanied the Private Investigators from Pulse Private Investigations/Whereabouts Unknown into the field as they have interviewed tipsters and uncovered clues in his son’s case.

His participation was featured in an episode of CTV's W5, called, "What Happened to Luke Joly-Durocher?" that aired nationally in 2022.

"While we feel that our investigation brings us closer every day to the answers that we are looking for, more information is still needed.  We think that Luke's case is a solvable one," said Joly.

"Cases are solved when communities care.  And the community has embraced Luke as their own," said Ellen White, Pulse Private Investigations' Owner and Senior Investigator.

A $50,000 reward, which was announced in 2016, remains in place for anyone with information on his whereabouts.

Rob Joly encourages anyone with information about his son's disappearance to call Pulse Private Investigations dedicated tip line at 289-975-0909 or North Bay Police Service at 705-497-5555.
