The winter storm has led to highway closures.
Highway 144 is fully closed in both directions between Sudbury and Timmins due to the weather.
The MTO Twitter site 511ONNortheastern tweeted the information at 1:36 p.m. Wednesday.
Highway 11 is also being affected.
According to the MTO Twitter, Highway 11 is closed in both directions between Thibeault Hill in North Bay and Matheson due to poor weather and road conditions.
Highway 101 also closed in both directions between Highway 144 south from Timmins to Chapleau due to the road conditions.
