In July 2020, the Timmins, Cochrane and Timiskaming District Association of Realtors reports the highest sales figure ever in the region.
So far in 2020, 784 units have been sold in the region. This has edged up 6.1 per cent from the same period in 2019.
In July 2020:
- 216 was the number of total property sold
- $219,866 was the average price of homes sold
- 242 new residential units were posted
To compare, in July 2019:
- 130 was the number of total property sold
- $155,445 was the average price of homes sold
- 244 new residential listings were posted
In June 2020:
- 186 was the number of total property sold
- $183,367 was the average price of homes sold
- 286 new residential units were posted
