UPDATE: OPP say the Highway is now closed from Highway 101 to Highway 560 (at the Watershed).
Highway 144 is closed at Gogama, according to OPP.
Police say the closure is due to multiple collisions and deteriorating weather conditions.
According to OPP on Twitter, the highway is closed between Gogama and Highway 560.
Two collisions are reported, both between Mesomikenda Lake Road and Jack Road.
One has a tractor trailer in the ditch, which was first reported by OPP at 12:40 p.m.
OPP said in a tweet around 2:20 that the second collision in the area has two vehicles blocking the road.
It's not known how long the road will re-open.
