That transport that plunged into Angus Lake will cause a major disruption for travellers Thursday.

Highway 11 from North Bay to Temiskaming is scheduled to be closed that day from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m....approximately eight hours, while tow trucks try to fish it from the water.

The accident occurred Sunday morning, shortly before 7 near Rabbit Lake Road, south of Temagami.

The tractor-trailer had been travelling southbound on Highway 11, and the driver lost control and ended up in Angus Lake.

The highway had to be closed in both directions as a result of live hydro lines that were on the roadway.
