UPDATE: OPP has reported one person died in the single-vehicle crash.
Police reported at 9:30 p.m. that the highway has reopened.
ORIGINAL STORY
Highway 11 is closed south of Butler Lake for a serious crash.
The highway is closed in both directions between Kenogami and Matheson.
It happened around 3 p.m. and the injuries are unknown around this time.
A detour is now in place.
Southbound traffic can take Highway 101 East to Highway 672 to Highway 66 onto Highway 11. I
For northbound traffic it's the opposite — Highway 66 to Highway 672 to Highway 101 back to Highway 11.
