Highway 101 is closed in Timmins' west end, according to OPP on Twitter.
The OPP Northeast Twitter reports Highway 101 is closed between Timmins and Highway 144. The re-opening time is unknown.

UPDATE: OPP say the highway is now open to alternating traffic. The full re-opening time is still unknown.
