With the holidays winding down, there are a number of sites in Timmins to drop off Christmas trees.
The Christmas tree disposal sites are open until Jan. 15.
According to the City of Timmins, the locations are:
Mountjoy (Ward 1)
- Mountjoy Arena
South Porcupine (Ward 2)
- Public Works Yard on Evans Street
- Tisdale Transfer Site
Schumacher (Ward 3)
- Schumacher Fire Hall (off Dwyer Avenue)
Porcupine and Connaught (Ward 4)
- Whitney Arena
- Public Works Yard on Falcon Street
- Connaught Community Centre
- Hoyle Community Centre
Timmins (Ward 5)
- Civic Park
- Deloro Landfill on Pine Street South
- Airport Road Ball Park
- Confederation Arena
- Archie Dillon Sportsplex
