The winter weather has arrived and that means that city crews will be out clearing snow.
Public works crews are mainly doing nighttime snow removal this week
According to the City of Timmins, the schedule for overnight snow removal, which is done between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m., is:
Sunday, Feb. 11
- Timmins - Norman, Riverside, Connecting Link
Monday, Feb. 12
- Timmins - Denise, Suzanne, Lonergan
Tuesday, Feb. 13
- Timmins - Connecting Link, Royale, Riverside
Wednesday, Feb. 14
- Timmins - Riverside, Shirley, Park
Daytime snow removal runs from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
It will take place:
Friday, Feb. 16
- Timmins and South Porcupine - Churches and storefronts
