Here's where the city's removing snow this week

Public works crews will be doing snow removal day and night this week.

According to the City of Timmins, overnight snow removal, which is done between 9:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., may happen:

Tuesday, Dec. 14

Algonquin Boulevard East - Highway 655 to Cedar. Time permitting, James from Algonquin to Sixth and Brunette from Algonquin to Railway

Wednesday, Dec. 15

Algonquin Boulevard East - Cedar to Theriault. Time permitting, Mountjoy Street South.

Daytime snow removal runs from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

It will take place:

Tuesday, Dec. 14

Timmins North - Howard from Hart to dead end, Patricia from Eighth to Ross, Hart from Patricia to Ross, Burke from Howard to Ross, Harmony from Howard to Ross.

South Porcupine - Essa from Moore to dead end, Broadway from Moore to Crawford, O’Brian from Moore to Main.

Wednesday, Dec. 15

Timmins North - Empire from Hart to Tamarack, Murdock from Patricia to Tamarack, Drew from Tamarack to Cedar, Ninth from Tamarack to Mountjoy. Time permitting, Seventh from Toke to Pine.

South Porcupine - Huot from Dome to dead end, Front from Essa to dead end, Cecil from Legion to Main.

Thursday, Dec. 16

Timmins North - Spruce from Eighth to Ross, Eighth from Toke to Maclean, Seventh from Pine to Maclean.

Timmins South - Wilcox from Belanger to Souther, Preston from Belanger to Southern.

Schumacher - Father Costello, Croatia, Grant

Friday, Dec. 17

South Porcupine - William
