Here's where the city's removing snow this week

Public works crews will be doing snow removal day and night this week.

According to the City of Timmins, overnight snow removal, which is done between 9:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., may happen:

Sunday, Jan. 24

  • Timmins - Spruce from Sixth to Kirby, Pine from Sixth to Kirby, Cedar from Sixth to Kirby, Balsam from Sixth to First

Monday, Jan. 25

  • Timmins - Third from Spruce to Mountjoy, Second from Brunette to Mountjoy

Tuesday, Jan. 26

  • Timmins - Birch from Sixth to Second, Maple from Sixth to Second, Elm from Sixth to Second

Wednesday, Jan. 27

  • Timmins - Algonquin from Brunette to Mountjoy, Wilson from Mountjoy to Mattagami

Daytime snow removal runs from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

It may take place:

Monday, Jan. 25

  • Timmins - Maple from Second to south of Dale, Elm from Second to south of Dale, Birch from Second to Ogden
  • South Porcupine - William, Cecil, O’Brian

Tuesday, Jan. 26

  • Timmins - Hemlock from Fifth to Ross, Tamarack from Fifth to Ross, Spruce from Sixth to Ross
  • South Porcupine - Broadway, Essa, Dome

Wednesday, Jan. 27

  • Timmins - Columbus, Montgomery, Wende, Way
  • South Porcupine - Fern, Helmer, Hellen

Thursday, Jan. 28

  • Timmins - Kent, Windsor, Middleton, Bannerman
  • Schumacher - Veterans, Croatia/Brundy from Boundary to Delost, Claimpost, Delost, Prospector, Ennis, Miners, Boundary
