Digital Creator Make-a-thon

It’s free and for youth 11 to 13 years.

Film et popcorn

Saturday, March 16, 2 p.m.,

Timmins Public Library.

Watch La course des tuques. Admission is free and it’s for children ages four and up.

Family Skate

Sunday, March 17, noon - 4 p.m.

Roy Nicholson Park, Pine Street North and Eighth Avenue

The Timmins Community Park Association's first event. There will be skating, boot hockey, an ice castle-building contest, snowshoe and snow plank races, bonfire and roasting marshmallows, and music. The event is free. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Public Skating

Saturday, March 16, 7 -8 p.m.; Sunday, March 17, 2 - 3 p.m.

Whitney Arena, Porcupine

Admission is $4 per person.
