A section of Kirby Avenue is closed and fire crews are on scene.
The Timmins Fire Department is in the alley between Spruce Street South and Railway. Just after 8 am. today (April 11) the ladder truck was being used to access a property facing Railway where there is an abandoned building.
Kirby is closed to traffic between Railway and Spruce Street South. The Dale Street access to the alley is also closed.
