North East Tri-Board Student Transportation has announced this morning that school buses are cancelled in Hearst, Kapuskasing, Smooth Rock Falls, Cochrane, Iroquois Falls, Matheson, Kirkland Lake, and Timmins. According to First Student Canada - Timmins Branch, the cancellations are due to extreme cold weather.
Schools remain open for learning.
