North East Tri-Board Student Transportation has announced this morning that school buses are cancelled in Timmins, Matheson, Iroquois Falls, Cochrane, Smooth Rock Falls, Kapuskasing, and Hearst. According to First Student Canada - Timmins Branch, the cancellations are due to extreme cold weather.
Schools are open.
