(SOUTH PORCUPINE, ON) – An officer of the South Porcupine Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 27-year-old Cochrane man as a result of a traffic stop on Highway 655, on April 2, 2016.

Raymond Dubien has been charged with drive motor vehicle – perform stunt contrary to the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario (HTA) as he was [allegedly] driving over 50 kilometres per hour over the posted speed limit and drive while child passenger not properly secured contrary to the (HTA).  

His vehicles and license has been seized for seven days.
