Disturbance call leads to arrest in Schumacher

When police arrived on scene, they recognized one of the parties involved in the disturbance as being a wanted person

The Timmins Police Service has arrested a local woman on the strength of an arrest warrant stemming from a dispute at a Schumacher residence yesterday morning. Timmins Police Service officers responded to the call for service regarding the disturbance at a Father Les Costello Drive residence.

Once on scene, the officers located one of the parties involved in the dispute and recognized her as being a wanted person. Once the validity of the warrant was confirmed, the subject was taken into custody by the Timmins Police.

As a result of the incident, Jenna Boutin, 22, of Timmins, Ontario, has been arrested and remains in police custody awaiting a bail hearing slated for this morning at Provincial Court in Timmins to answer to the original charges laid against her.
