Crime Stoppers and the Timmins Police Service need your help to solve a hit and run in the city of Timmins

On the 23 rd of September, 2013 at 10:15pm a young teenage girl was riding a scooter northbound on Maple Street South approaching Algonquin Boulevard when she was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.

On the 23rd of September, 2013 at 10:15pm a young teenage girl was riding a scooter northbound on Maple Street South approaching Algonquin Boulevard when she was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.

The vehicle, described as a black four door sedan with LED head lights, was traveling east bound on Algonquin Boulevard and sharply turned southbound onto Maple Street South and onto the sidewalk where the young girl was traveling.

The driver is described as a female in her mid 20’s with blonde hair wearing high heels, black dress pants and a dress blouse.

The police need your help to keep our city streets safe.
