Friday, October 3rd, 2014 - The Traffic Department wishes to advise the general public that the traffic signals located at the corner of Cedar & Third and at the corner of Cedar & Second will be re-activated on Monday, October 6th. These signals will also operate in an all-red flashing mode between the hours of 6pm and 6am.
