The Timmins Police Service is making a public appeal for assistance in regards to their investigation into a single vehicle motorcycle collision that occurred on Friday, August 12 at approximately 7 p.m.

The collision occurred on a curved section of Norman Street in Timmins and involved a 2010 black Harley Davidson motorcycle.

The injured rider, a 26-year-old man from Timmins, sustained serious injury and was taken from the scene by ambulance to Timmins and District Hospital.

He has since been transported to a Sudbury area hospital for enhanced medical treatment. The Timmins Police Service is completing its investigation into this collision.
