The body of a man reported missing last week has been found.
Kevin Dupere, 39, was reported missing on Nov. 16. Timmins Police says there was an extensive ground search in the Carrigan Road area over the weekend.
Just before noon yesterday (Nov. 19), Dupere's body was found.
"The Timmins Police Service does not suspect foul play and deem this to be a closed incident with no further police action required," reads a news release.
Next of kin have been notified.
Along with Timmins Police, the search included members of the OPP emergency response team, Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry K-9 Unit, the Timmins Fire Department and Timmins Porcupine Search and Rescue.
