"In order to ensure social gathering restrictions, face-to- face meetings with city staff will continue to be prohibited. Access to staff for inquiries will continue via virtual means such as telephone, teleconferencing and video- conferencing," reads a news release.

"And finally, to ensure your safety and the safety of staff while the pandemic continues to affect us, we have implemented a number of personal safety precautions (social distancing, proper PPE, sanitizing, hand sanitizing stations) which could cause service delays. Your patience during this phased in reopening is appreciated."
