With 2013 coming to an end, I find myself reflecting on this pass season. I have to say that since I joined National Pro Staff(www.nationalprostaff.com) many new opportunities have come my way.
One of my biggest opportunity came this summer when Mr. Mike Young of Timmins Today sent me an email asking if he could publish one of my reports that I had written for the NPS site. After Mr. Young published it on the www.timminstoday.com website he contacted me a couple days later offering me my on column. After meeting with him and discussing that I would like to promote local anglers, resorts and lodges in Northeastern Ontario. he liked the idea so I was delighted to agree to accept his offer.
This season I had the chance to start writing some articles on local tournament anglers as well. The first three anglers featured were up and coming hot sticks Andy Yu and Mark and his 12 year old son, Noah Basaraba.
In 2014 I look forward to writing more articles on local anglers throughout the northeastern region of Ontario.
