Industrial Security Guard positions at Norpro have a starting wage of $21.16 per hour, and can receive up to $22.45 per hour within a year. The work schedule can be 12/13/14 hour shift – 7 days / 7 days off rotation; day shift; evening shift; night shift; and weekend availability is encouraged. Meals and private room accommodation are covered.
The Norpro Job Fair in Timmins is on Tuesday, October 22 from 1 to 4 p.m., at 130 Spruce St. South, Suite 2. This job fair is being held in partnership with Northern College.
“Attendees will have the chance to meet hiring managers and gain a better understanding of what it’s like to work in security at Norpro at this job fair,” explained the spokesperson. “In-person interviews will be conducted during the event, allowing candidates to showcase their skills and enthusiasm on the spot. Participants are encouraged to bring their resumes and be ready to discuss their qualifications.”
Desired qualifications for the job include: Security Guard License (required), Class G Driving License (required), First Aid / CPR Certification (required), Police Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check, and a clear driver’s abstract.
