Timmins driver charged with impaired in southern Ontario

BRANT TOWNSHIP – On Aug. 7, 2020 at 11:44 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol stopped to check a vehicle along Bruce County Road 19 in Brant Township. The officer found that the occupant had been drinking alcohol.

Nicholas Sebalj, 31 years old of Timmins was charged with impaired driving and operate over 80 milligrams. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 14, 2020 to answer to the charges.
