The Timmins Police Service has charged a local person with Trespass by Night stemming from an incident that occurred early this morning at a Feldman Road residence in Timmins.
In response to a complaint regarding a suspicious person lurking on the property, responding Timmins Police Service officers took a female suspect into custody based on the details of the incident provided by the property owner who had discovered the offence being committed.
The suspect was arrested at the scene by the Timmins Police Service
As a result of the investigation by the Timmins Police Service, Samantha Solomon, 38, of Timmins, Ont., has been charged with:
- Trespass by Night contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
The accused remains in police custody awaiting a bail hearing slated for today at the Ontario Court of Justice in Timmins to answer to the charges laid against her.
