IROQUOIS FALLS - On Feb. 26, 2022 at approximately 3:37 p.m., members of the Iroquois Falls Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a search warrant at a residence on Union Street in Iroquois Falls, where a stolen snowmobile was recovered.
As a result of the investigation, Marc Cyr, 30 years old of Iroquois Falls, was arrested and charged with Possession of stolen property obtained by crime under $5,000 contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Timmins on April 7, 2022.
