The Timmins Police Service has completed its investigation into a morning collision involving a passenger vehicle which occurred on Algonquin Blvd West on Wednesday, Dec. 18.
The collision was minor in nature and did not result in injury, while the vehicle involved, a 2017 Kia Forte sustained some minor damage. The female driver of the passenger vehicle was later determined to be under suspension in the province of Ontario.
As a result, Natasha Clouthier, 26, of South Porcupine has been charged with:
- Drive while under suspension contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
She will be required to attend Provincial Court on a date to be determined to answer to the charge laid against her.
