A Timmins man is facing assault and firearm-related charges after a police investigation.
The incidents happened from 2019 to mid-2022, said Timmins Police in a news release. The suspect was arrested yesterday (Dec. 1).
"The allegations centre on a number of incidents where a minor was assaulted," said police.
A 37-year-old from Schumacher has been charged with assault, two counts of criminal negligence, pointing a firearm, and careless use of a firearm. None of the allegations have been tested in court.
He was scheduled for a bail hearing this morning.
