Police seek missing 19-year-old

Police say the 19-year-old has not had meaningful contact with family since yesterday

The Timmins Police Service is making an appeal for public assistance in locating a local person who has been reported to them as missing as of earlier today.

The Timmins Police Service would like to determine the current whereabouts and confirm the wellbeing of McKenna Nakogee, 19, who was last seen yesterday on foot in the Wilson Street area of Timmins.

She has not had meaningful contact with family members since that time.

She is described as:

  • An Indigenous female person
  • 5’6 - 155 lbs
  • Brown hair
  • Brown eyes
  • Clothing descriptors are not known but it is likely they are not adequate for the current weather conditions.
