As a result of the investigation, William Naylor, 53 years old of Holtyre, was arrested and charged with the following:
    •    Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs contrary to section 320.14(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC)
    •    Fail to remain contrary to section 200(1)(a) of the Highway Traffic Act (HTA)
    •    Fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle contrary to section 7(5)(a) of the HTA
