KIRKLAND LAKE - On May 1, 2021, frontline members from the Kirkland Lake Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a theft from a business located on Summerhayes Avenue in the Town of Kirkland Lake.
As a result of the investigation, Kevin Kudjick-Girard, 37 years old of McGarry Township, has been charged with Theft Under $5,000, contrary to section 334(b) of the Criminal Code.
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on May 20, 2021, in Kirkland Lake.
