Iroquois Falls man charged with drug possession

IROQUOIS FALLS - On Jan. 15, 2021 at approximately 1:13 a.m., members of the Iroquois Falls Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate a suspicious person on Teefy Street in Iroquois Falls.

As a result of the investigation, the OPP have arrested and charged Adam Lehman, 47 years of age of Iroquois Falls, with the following:
    •    Possession of Schedule I substance - cocaine contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) and,
    •    Being intoxicated in a public place contrary to section 34(1) of the Liquor Licence Act (LLA)

The accused was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Timmins on Feb. 25, 2021.
