A section of road in the west end of Timmins is closed after a serious crash this morning.
The crash between a pickup truck and tractor trailer happened at Highway 101 and Jaguar Drive. The stretch of road will be closed for several hours for an investigation.
According to Timmins Police, the driver of the pickup truck is being treated for serious injuries at Timmins and District Hospital.
Traffic is being rerouted on Government Road. Light traffic can also use Sandy Falls Road.
