HEARST - On June 9, 2021 at approximately 2:22 p.m., members of the James Bay Detachments of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a sport utility vehicle (SUV) and a motorcycle on Front Street in the Town of Hearst.
Members of the Hearst OPP, and Emergency Medical Services (EMS), attended the scene. The driver of the motorcycle was transported to hospital by EMS, the passenger was uninjured. The driver and passenger of the SUV were uninjured.
The North East Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team, and the OPP Technical Collision Investigators are investigating this incident.
The investigation is on-going. Further information will be released as it becomes available.
