OPP say the crash between a pickup truck and utility terrain vehicle (UTV) happened around 1:29 p.m. today (June 15).
Members of Cochrane OPP and paramedics attended the scene. The highway remains closed between Smooth Rock Falls and Cochrane.
The Northeast Region OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team (TIME) and the Technical Collision Investigators are investigating.

Highway 11 is closed in both directions near Cochrane.
On Twitter, OPP said the closure is due to a crash and more information will be provided when available.
The closure affects all lanes between Highway 655 and Highway 634 in Smooth Rock Falls, according to 511.
