KIRKLAND LAKE - On Jan. 16, 2021, members of the Kirkland Lake Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a theft from a business located on Government Road East in the Town of Kirkland Lake.
As a result of the investigation, Alicia Gauthier, 33 years of age of Kirkland Lake, has been charged with theft under $5,000, contrary to section 334(b) of the Criminal Code.
The accused was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on Feb. 11, 2021 in Kirkland Lake.
