GAGNE, Mitch

Peacefully passed away surrounded by his family at the Queensway-Carleton Hospital in Ottawa on November 8, 2016 at the age of 57. Husband to Barbara (nee Pitt). Loving father to Justin Gagne (Amanda), Matthew Gagne (Brooke McCord), and Renee Gagne. Mitch was predeceased by his parents Ludger “Leo” Gagne and Reine (nee Martin). Cherished Pépère to Emma, Cohen and Eleanor. Survived by his brothers Robert, Don (Monique), Marc, his sister Louise Mackey (Ken), his mother in law Joyce Pitt, and his extended family and friends. Mitch also leaves behind his furry companion “Chuck”. He was the owner of Extreme Concrete Pumping in North Bay. The family will receive visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Sunday November 13, 2016 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption on Monday November 14, 2016 at 10am.
