Woman charged with fraud after police contacted by Iroquois Falls Chamber of Commerce

On Nov. 29, 2017 the Iroquois Falls Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received information regarding financial irregularities from the Chamber of Commerce in Iroquois Falls, Ont.

As a result of the investigation, Brittnay Faye Lachance-Delguidice, 23, of Russell Township, was charged with fraud over $5,000, contrary to section 380(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.

She was released on a promise to appear and undertaking. She will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Timmins, Ont. on Jan. 9, 2018.
