Where the city's removing snow this week

Public works crews will be doing day and night snow removal this week.

According to the City of Timmins website, overnight snow removal, which is done between 9:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., will happen:

• Sunday, Feb. 18 – No snow removal due to the Family Day holiday

• Monday, Feb. 19 – Toke, Suzanne, Denise, Lonergan

• Tuesday, Feb. 20 – Spruce from Kirby to Fifth, Pine from Kirby to Sixth, Cedar from Fifth to First, and Third

• Wednesday, Feb. 21 – Balsam from Fifth to First, Birch from Fifth to Second, and Second

Daytime snow removal is also scheduled and takes place from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The schedule is:

Monday, Feb. 19

No snow removal due to Family Day

Tuesday, Feb. 20

• Centre, Lynwood, Woodland, Champlain, Frontenac, Brock, Hudson, and Theodore

• Powell, Moore, Crawford and Strachan

Wednesday, Feb. 21

• Murray, Gordon, Hart, Diane, and Hemlock north of Ross

• Bloor, Shamrock, and Dome

Thursday, Feb. 22

• Acres, Royale, Greeningdon, St-Jean, Chestnut and Clifford

• Tamarack north of Ross, Spruce north of Ross, Roche

Friday, Feb. 23

• To be determined
