Celebrate the Junior A hockey club's NOJHL championship-winning season. It all starts with a parade from the Timmins Museum: NEC to Hollinger Park. At the park, fans can take photos with their favourite players and see the championship trophies. There is also free lazer tag and bubble machines at the park courtesy of Climb N Fun, and ColdWater is performing.

Everyone is invited to enjoy this second annual event in Timmins. The program starts at the Gurdwara Sikh Sangat, 24 Cedar St. S., at 9 a.m. and there is a parade starting at 11 a.m. Other highlights include free vegetarian food, the Sikh Motorcycle Club, turban-tying experience, Gatka (a martial art associated with the Sikhs of the Punjab) and an informational display. The popular event showcasing the city's diversity is back for the 51st installment. The parade is at noon and the festival floor opens for cultural performances after that. There will be multicultural food vendors, exhibits, a 50/50 draw, international dances and performances and more.
