TimminsToday received the following notice from the Canadian Blood Services regarding a shortage for their blood donor clinic.

We just had two Lifebus Groups cancel for tomorrow’s blood donor clinic in Timmins and we are in jeopardy of dramatically under-collecting.
The spots that were set aside for these groups were in the afternoon session.
Please encourage your staff, family and friends to attend tomorrow’s blood clinic which, takes place at Paroisse St. Dominique Hall from 2 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. and from 4 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. to help ensure patients receive the blood they need.
Help someone get back to their everyday life by becoming a blood donor.
You won’t be there, but your blood will.
