Affected areas included Larder lake, Englehart, Otto, McVittie, Matachewan, Dack, Grenfell, Pacaud, McGarry, Sharpe, Bayly, Nicol, Master, Eby, Benoit, Marquis, Evanturel, Lawson, Ingram, Robillard, Gauthier, Kirkland Lake, Arnold, James, Lebel, Maisonville, Boston, Chown, Matachewan First Nation, Charlton, Savard, Chamberlain and Tudhope.

Hydro One is reminding the public to always stay clear of downed power lines or equipment and to never assume they are safe to approach.
